To download it on a Microsoft Arcade device do the following steps:

• open https://arcade.makecode.com/
• click on Import then click on Import URL
• paste https://github.com/cfpwastaken/seajam and click import
• Click on the two dots in the bottom left corner
• Click on Choose Hardware
• Pick your device
• Follow the onscreen instructions

To use it with RetroPie or Recalbox you can use Mcairpos and download it as ELF (More instructions on the McAirpos GitHub Page)
